File Requirements & Color Modes

The preferred file format is:

  • High Quality (300 dpi minimum)

  • True-to-size (if you're ordering 3in x 3in stickers, your file should be 3in x 3in)

  • We prefer JPG or AI files, but will accept most other file types.
(if you submit a illustrator or pdf file, make sure to expand or export your finished file so that the required images & fonts are embedded properly)

Please note, ALL printing is done in CMYK.

This means some RGB colors (the colors on your screen) will show up differently when printed in CMYK. And some colors cannot be printed at all due to the limitation of how C, M, Y, and K mix.

How to Format Your Die Cut Sticker Files

DieCutStickerFormatting1.jpg

File 1: Your Art!

Send us a file with your artwork at actual size of the final sticker you're ordering.

No need to worry about a transparent background - the white of the background won't print on white vinyl!

File 2: Cut Path

If you're unable to send in an Illustrator file with a vector cut path - you can also send a separate file with a black silhouette of where you'd like your cut path.

This isn't 100% necessary unless you need a custom shape, but it will help speed up cutpath setup for us!
